WASO Chorus
Conductor: varies The WASO Chorus support the West Australian Symphony Orchestra in major symphonic choral concerts. It is auditioned and rehearsed on a project basis and currently boasts 190 auditioned members.
Recent Performances include Carmina Burana conducted by Vladimir Verbitsky, Mahler Symphony No 2 conducted by Matthias Bamert, Beethoven Symphony No 9 conducted by Vladimir Verbitsky and Mozart Requiem conducted by Matthias Bamert.
Rehearses varies Joining Requirements: Auditions take place on a project by project basis. The requirement is to prepare a song of your choice (preferably classical) and provide two copies of the piano accompaniment. WASO provide a pianist.
